The container tent meets the need for a stable, quick, and flexible weather-protected solution with a wide range of applications. The container tent is suitable for temporary workstations or as protection for people and equipment. Our container tent is designed to withstand harsh environments, quick assembly/disassembly, and high demands on functionality and safety.
The design of the container tent
The container tent is designed to be easily mounted on the side of a standard 20-foot shipping container. It is secured to the corners of the container and to the ground. It is the optimal solution for temporary workstations, storage, or shelter in demanding environments. The container tents have a floor area of 18 square meters. One container tent can be mounted per long side of the container.
Three aluminum profiles are mounted to the container; after that, you simply hook the poles into place and attach the heavy-duty tent fabric. Two people can easily set up the container tent. You can have openings (grommets) in the tent fabric for external climate connections (cooling/heating), electrical cables, etc. Both the frames and the tent fabric can be easily stored inside the container during transport.
The fabric of the container tent
The container tent’s fabric is a heavy-duty, durable 650g PVC-coated fabric designed for a long service life. The frame is made of aluminum for reduced weight and quick, easy assembly. The frame legs have holes for ground stakes. The 15-degree roof pitch allows rainwater to run off and snow to slide off more easily. The ground skirt around the tent has evenly spaced grommets so it can be secured with ground stakes.
All Tent covers into two sturdy bags made of heavy-duty PVC; together, they fit on a standard EU pallet. (Each bag weighs approximately 25 kg.)
Optional features include windows; you can also have a mesh screen that folds down on the inside of the windows, providing privacy while still letting in some light.
Customization of container tents
The container tents are available in several colors and can be customized with a print.
The tent fabric has the highest fire ratings: DIN 4102-B1 and EN 13501 B-s2,d0
We also offer camouflage nets that reduce the risk of detection by both optical and other sensors, such as IR or radar.
Standard size: 3 x 6 meters (18 m²) – Other sizes are also available.
The container tarps are available in sizes that fit containers mounted on or without a swap body frame.
