This method is used on everything from tarps and covers to Tent covers other technical textiles. It results in a reliable and functional end product that lasts over time.

Depending on the product’s requirements, different types of stitches are used, such as a straight stitch for clean and durable seams, a zigzag stitch for elastic materials, and a double or triple stitch for extra durability. 

The choice of thread is crucial to the product’s durability and is selected based on the fabric material, environment, and intended use. We use everything from standard polyester thread to specialty threads that swell when wet, withstand prolonged exposure to water, handle heavy abrasion, or resist strong UV radiation. The thread is selected in the correct thickness, color, and finish; it is often bonded.

The choice of fabric material is crucial for the finished product’s functionality, durability, and lifespan. Different materials have unique properties such as strength, flexibility, weather resistance, chemical resistance, or UV resistance, and the choice of fabric is based on how and where the product will be used.
