Fabric
We offer a wide range of technical fabrics designed for demanding applications, from durable PVC-coated textiles to extremely heat-resistant fiberglass fabrics. Each type of fabric has unique properties that make it ideal for specific products and environments. Here is an overview of our most common base fabrics and their key benefits.
Coated warp-knitted fabric DOS
PVC-coated warp-knitted fabric with a “Direct Oriented Structure” (DOS), in which the load-bearing yarns are perfectly aligned in both directions of the fabric. A very stiff fabric with good tear strength relative to its weight.
Coated Panama fabric 2-2
PVC-coated Panama weave, woven with two threads in each direction. A fabric with good tear resistance, high adhesion during welding, and good dimensional stability.
Net weavers
We work with mesh fabrics of varying densities and strengths. They are available in a variety of colors and with or without flame retardant treatment. We also manufacture products with integrated cut protection, for example, using woven-in steel wire.
Silicone-coated fiberglass fabric
Highly heat-resistant fabric for products exposed to high temperatures.
Vermiculite-coated fiberglass fabric
Extremely heat-resistant fabric for products exposed to extremely high temperatures.
Fabric
An example of the heavy-duty, uncoated fabrics we work with. We use them to sew various products that are subjected to extreme stress.
Warp-knitted jersey
A warp-knitted fabric that is highly flexible and offers excellent breathability.
Polyurethane-coated fabric
The lightest of the fabrics we work with, a thin polyester fabric coated with polyurethane. It is very flexible, lightweight, and waterproof thanks to its polyurethane coating, making it suitable for Tent covers are frequently moved around.
Fabric for military use
We also offer camouflage fabrics that reduce the risk of detection by both optical and other sensors, such as IR or radar.
