Our Services
Thanks to many years of experience, our employees have extensive expertise in the fabrication of technical textiles. In addition to the services listed below, we also work with metal fabrication, for example, tent frames and other metal structures related to our textile products. Our experienced service and installation teams perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on items such as Tent covers, hall canopies, and tarps. We typically bring smaller items into our manufacturing facility for service, while larger items, such as hall canopies, are serviced on-site.
Welding
We offer HF welding, hot wedge welding, and hot air welding of technical textiles. We select the method based on the material, the design of the seams, and the product requirements.
Sewing
Our sewing department is equipped with modern machinery and staffed by experienced professionals. With our large, heavy-duty sewing machines, we can handle thick materials and large batches. We also offer seam sealing for products that require extra protection against moisture.
We offer digital printing, screen printing, and stencil printing to create clear, durable, and visually striking designs on textiles. We select the method based on the specific requirements of the product. Digital printing for advanced designs, screen printing or stencil printing if the requirements for durability and UV resistance are high.
Punching
Stamping is an efficient method for manufacturing small parts in large quantities. It is also well-suited for creating large numbers of identical holes of a specific shape in large products.
Other options
In addition to our core processes, we offer complementary services such as eyeletting the attachment of other components, for example for fastening purposes.
